I absolutely love this product! I decided to purchase it after canceling my gym membership, where I had something similar. I was initially worried about its balance, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. Assembly took about half an hour, and the instructions were quite clear.

The product arrived in Sydney, Australia, earlier than expected through FedEx. It’s robust, well-packaged equipment. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I’ve had this back stretcher for quite some time now. I visit my chiropractor at least twice a week, and when I first got this device, I definitely overdid it, which made me feel nauseous. Now in my 70s, I’ve started using it again for about 3 to 5 minutes a day, doing nice, gentle stretches several times daily, and I can honestly say I feel much better! I really wish I had used it correctly from the beginning. I’m often painting, gardening, and moving things around, and I’m learning to use this machine for a few minutes before and after these activities. My back pain has significantly decreased, and I’m incredibly grateful. What a blessing!

Assembly was straightforward, and the bench feels quite sturdy. My husband is using it to assist with his back issues, and we’ve noticed some positive changes. However, the bench is narrow, which makes getting off it challenging when he’s in pain. We’ve devised a rope system to help him pull himself back up and to slowly lower himself down. The foot holder can be a bit tricky to adjust, especially considering his current pain limitations.

I was so impressed by the more expensive version of this machine at my gym that I decided to purchase this one for home use. This more affordable option performs just as well as the gym model.

This is an excellent product for those who aren’t very tall. After using one at the gym for years, I decided to purchase one for home use. It’s more compact than the Precor machine, yet still very effective for shorter individuals. I’m experiencing a better stretch on this machine compared to the Precor. While it’s not as sturdy as the Precor, that doesn’t bother me. The assembly instructions could be improved; larger pictures showing how the screws fit would be helpful. It took me about 1.5 hours to put it together by myself.

I was really looking forward to this product as a solution for my back issues. It seemed perfect for back decompression. I checked the sizing and thought I was all set, but after receiving and assembling it (which was quite a task!), I discovered it was too large for me. Or rather, I found that I was too short for the back decompressor. My measurements just don’t fit! The underarm rests are positioned too high, hitting my shoulders. This was a concern I had, but the height and weight recommendations seemed to include me. I’ve reached out to the vendors in hopes of finding a solution, but as it stands, I can’t use it since it doesn’t fit. What should I do now?

This is an excellent alternative to inversion tables for back decompression, and it’s the best affordable design I’ve encountered. It really works. However, I have a suggestion to improve ease of use: extend the legs at the head end of the bench to be twice as long while keeping the leg end the same. I used 10” blocks to elevate the head end, which made getting on and off much easier and improved comfort during use.

Sturdy design and simple to put together. I used to see these at a gym I used to frequent. They’re excellent for warming up and cooling down.
