I’ve been using this as a replacement for the past two weeks after my double knee replacement surgery, as recommended by my physiotherapist. It’s incredible—so quiet and comfortable—that I would definitely buy it again!

Simple to put together and perfect for light exercise or rehabilitation on the go. Sturdy construction. Highly recommended.

It’s the closest thing to an upright bike, but much more comfortable. The pedaling is smooth and steady, regardless of the resistance you set. Perfect for rainy days when you don’t feel like exercising outside.

The assembly of this unit was straightforward, and it feels quite solid, albeit a little heavy. During my first use, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and quiet the machine operates. The speed, time, and distance indicators are convenient and user-friendly. You can’t go wrong with this purchase, especially at such a great price—it’s a fantastic deal.

The assembly of this product was quite straightforward, and it operates very quietly. The pedaling feels smooth, and once the rear fixed bottom plate and front stabilizer are securely tightened, it remains stable. However, the resistance is quite weak. Even at the highest setting (8), it barely presents any challenge. The first five settings don’t seem to offer any noticeable difference at all. This machine is suitable for those who prefer minimal resistance, but anyone looking for a more intense workout or an elevated heart rate should steer clear of this product.

I rated this product 4 stars because I found the pedal installation quite challenging and frustrating, especially as an older individual with diminishing eyesight. However, the unit is a great value and appears to be well-constructed. I plan to enlist someone with better mechanical skills to install the pedals correctly.

I’m really pleased with how easy it is to move this machine around. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis, I find it light enough to lift without any issues. It operates quietly and smoothly, and the display is large enough for me to read without straining my eyes. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. However, I was disappointed with the packaging; I requested Amazon packaging, but it arrived in a regular box, which resulted in a significant dent on the side. Fortunately, the machine itself was unharmed, or I would have had to return it. All in all, it’s a great machine, especially given the sale price.

I have moderate cerebral palsy that primarily affects my legs. Recently, I received a baclofen pump and I’m focused on building strength in my legs and activating muscles I never used before.
I absolutely love this machine. Using a stationary bike can be unsafe for me, and many are too large for my height (I’m 4’10”). I use it with a regular dining room chair and secure it against something sturdy (currently, a bookcase) to prevent it from moving away from me.
The pedals come with loops to keep your feet in place, which is essential for those of us with significant CP. However, they are rubber loops rather than Velcro straps. The pedals rotate on the pin they’re attached to, which can make it tricky to get your foot through the loop, especially if you wear AFOs. I’ve managed to get the hang of it after some practice.
When I first started using it two weeks ago, the lowest resistance was still challenging enough for me. Now, I comfortably use levels 3 or 4 for about 30 minutes, burning around 150-170 calories (I can’t pedal quickly). You can pedal both forwards and backwards; sometimes I need to pedal backward for a minute to activate my muscles before going forward. The flywheel operates quietly and smoothly.
I managed to assemble it on my own, but I have normal upper body fine motor skills and strength. I also use it as an upper body ergometer on maximum resistance, and it provides an intense workout for me. Weighing about 20 lbs, it’s easier for me to lift than other items of the same weight because it has a handle.
I hope this review helps! It can be tough to determine what will work for someone with CP.

After transitioning from floor nursing, where I was constantly on my feet, to a telephonic nursing job that has me sitting for nearly 8 hours a day, I found my legs aching from being stationary. I needed something to keep me active, and this product has been a perfect solution!
I was initially cautious due to concerns about the pedals wearing out after a few months, but I’ve only had it for 5 days, so I’m optimistic the pedals will hold up. If they don’t, I’ll update my review.
The display activates when you start pedaling and shuts off after 4-5 minutes of inactivity, so no hassle with battery removal. My first day using it sporadically over 8 hours showed some promising results: it tracks distance, which is a plus. The calorie counter is a bit lower than what my Apple Watch shows—688 calories on the device compared to 753 on my watch—but it’s still a good option for those without a smartwatch. I logged 32 miles yesterday and burned over 800 calories.
One downside is that I wish it had a higher tension setting. I consider myself fit and I’m already on the highest tension of 8. While it’s not a substitute for an intense cardio workout, my heart rate stays in the 100-110 range, and with consistent pedaling for over 30 minutes, I can hit the 130s and definitely feel the burn in my inner thighs.
Assembly was straightforward, taking about 10-15 minutes. You mainly need to attach the end plate, front stabilizer, and pedals. The pedals were the trickiest part; attaching the bolts on the back was a bit challenging. Although the instructions were very detailed, I hope I mounted them correctly, as improper installation could damage the product.
It has a convenient carrying handle, making it easy to move around the house. If you plan to transport it to work, it might be better to have one at each location.
The noise level is minimal, mostly a hum. I use it during patient calls, and I can’t say for sure if it would be noticeable during a call, but I believe it’s quiet enough for a shared office space.
I did hear a click today and thought it might be the machine, but it turned out to be my knee, so I’m taking a break. It’s quite addictive, and I can see how easy it would be to overdo it. While you can use it for your arms, I haven’t tried that yet.
I considered the desk cycle but opted for this one at $120 instead of the $190 option since I wasn’t sure how committed I’d be. So far, I’m really pleased with my choice.
As mentioned, I’ve only had it for 5 days, so I’ll provide updates if I experience any issues like noise or pedal wear. It seems to be ideal for elderly users or those recovering from joint replacements, making it a versatile option for various activity levels.

I bought this little device because I sometimes get home late from work and don’t always have time to exercise. Since getting this gem, I’ve been able to stay more active. However, there are a few things to consider:
It’s lightweight (for a piece of equipment, it’s easy to move around. Don’t expect it to weigh as little as a sheet of paper or a notebook. I can easily transport it from one place to another; carrying my child is much heavier. Someone with rheumatoid arthritis may struggle to lift it).
Its size fits easily under a desk or table, but if you intend to use it under a table with shelves underneath, it won’t work. The dimensions are included in the description, so keep this in mind before purchasing (I mention this because some people complain about it, and I’m not sure what they expected or if they thought it was miniature). It fits perfectly under a standard desk.
If placed directly on the floor, the movement can cause it to shift, so it’s best to use it on a mat or foam surface, or position it against a wall or furniture.
It’s quiet: I can watch TV without any issues, attend meetings, or be on calls, etc. In a completely silent house, you might hear a very faint sound in the background.
I’ve had it for four months, and it’s working perfectly, just like on day one. I highly recommend it, and this brand has proven to be excellent; we already own three products from them!

I initially purchased the elliptical bike for my husband, but he wasn’t a fan, so I got this bike instead. It’s fantastic, and now he exercises on it every day. It’s easy to move yet feels sturdy during use. There are multiple tension levels, making it suitable for both easy and challenging workouts. The pedals are a bit small, and when he uses it, his shoes sometimes touch the floor. He typically exercises in his socks, which works perfectly for him. He wears a size 12 shoe, so keep that in mind. He absolutely loves this bike, and I’ve kept the elliptical bike so we can work out together. As we are in our 70s, this bike is easier to handle and relocate. When guests arrive, we can easily move it out of sight. We enjoy both machines!
