Delicious flavor and simple to make.
Customer Review –
Right off the bat, be aware that this product comes with a Prop 65 warning indicating that consuming it may lead to lead exposure, which is concerning.
The instructions suggest using 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup of honey to create these protein balls, but even after following that, the mixture remained too powdery and wouldn’t hold together until I added more water. Even then, shaping them was a challenge.
As for the flavor, it’s disappointing. I enjoy peanut butter and healthy snacks, but this just doesn’t deliver. It has a stale taste, despite being fresh. While it does provide a decent amount of protein, I find it hard to justify, especially with the lead warning.
I’m rating it 3 stars because, despite the downsides, it does offer good protein content, and once prepared, they’re convenient to have on hand. They can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days, and you can also freeze them.

I really wanted to enjoy these, but ultimately, I found them just okay. I decided to make only half a batch to experiment with different ingredients. I used zero-calorie simple syrup instead of honey since I’m mindful of calories. When the dough turned out a bit dry, I added a couple pumps of Jordan’s Skinny Syrup chocolate, which improved the texture. In hindsight, I wish I had used the chocolate syrup for more flavor instead of the simple syrup, which I’ll definitely try with the other half. I also considered using zero-calorie coconut stevia, which might have been a good alternative.
Overall, the peanut butter flavor was present, but I got that familiar feeling of trying to swallow plain peanut butter. The consistency was a bit off. However, I believe with some adjustments, the taste could be enhanced—perhaps honey would have made a difference.

While it doesn’t yield a large quantity, it’s incredibly convenient to skip the hassle of gathering ingredients and preparing protein balls from scratch. I substitute honey with sugar-free syrup, which works reasonably well. Additionally, I use the mix as a foundation and incorporate extra protein powder and collagen for customization.

I’ve really enjoyed this protein ball mix for quick and easy snacks. It’s super simple to make, and my kids love helping out in the kitchen. The flavor is quite nice – it has a strong oat and seed taste with a hint of peanut butter – and adding a sweetener like honey makes it even better. They’re a convenient option for a protein boost, and I appreciate that you can easily customize them with your own ingredients.

The package included everything needed except for the wet ingredients of your choice. These protein balls are simple to prepare in just one bowl and don’t require baking. They have a flavor profile reminiscent of rolled oats and seeds combined with peanut butter, and they’re loaded with protein. Adding a sweet liquid like honey or molasses enhances their taste. The kids enjoyed them and even assisted in making them.

I recently tried an Oreo-based truffle mix, and it turned out quite well. My only concern was the high sugar content. Fortunately, this mix allows me to skip adding sugar and opt for Stevia or monk fruit instead.
I mixed in 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of milk, avoiding sugar or honey, and used Stevia. However, that wasn’t enough liquid, so I added 1/4 cup of coconut oil to achieve the right consistency. After mixing, I rolled the truffles in sugar-free coconut flakes and placed them in the freezer for 5 minutes before storing them in the fridge.
I made 16 large truffles and enjoyed three with a strong cup of coffee in the afternoon. They make for a lovely no-sugar treat!
