The plastic is sturdy and holds up well to frequent hand washing. While I can’t speak to their dishwasher safety, I’ve had no issues with hand washing. I appreciate the tapered design, which makes gripping easy. I do wish there was a finger loop on the lid, but given the affordable price, I can’t really complain. Most importantly, the mixing performance is outstanding. I’ve had several Blender Bottle brands before, and the protein powder often clumped. These new cups mix everything thoroughly, ensuring no powder is left behind. The metal mixing piece is designed to scrape any leftover powder from the sides, resulting in a perfectly blended, smooth drink every time. I’m so impressed with these cups and will definitely buy another set when needed.
