Excellent pedal exerciser. Tension is adjustable. Functions effectively on the floor (for legs/feet) or on a countertop (for arms/shoulders). Highly satisfied with my purchase. Quick delivery.

Unlike many other reviewers, I purchased this device primarily for use as an arm bike rather than for my legs. Due to a recurring shoulder issue, I can only use free weights for bicep curls. During my physical therapy sessions, my therapist always had me use a standing arm bike to help loosen my shoulders before treatment, and I found it very beneficial. This prompted me to look for a way to include an arm bike in my fitness routine, and I’m pleased I made this investment.
The bike arrived today, and I had it assembled in under five minutes. While there is an instruction manual, it’s quite straightforward. I appreciate the bike’s weight; it’s heavy enough to feel sturdy yet light enough to move around easily. It does shift a bit during workouts, but placing it on a non-skid yoga mat solved that issue. I tend to get bored while exercising, but since this bike is easy to relocate, I can set it up on the kitchen counter and watch TV in the family room while I work out. Having something engaging to watch makes the thirty minutes go by much faster, and when I’m finished, I can easily store it in a cupboard.
As I’m still getting accustomed to the bike, I keep the resistance low (around 3 or 4), and after about 15-20 minutes, I can definitely feel my muscles working. So far, I haven’t encountered any downsides aside from a slight smell resembling mothballs, which I expect will dissipate over time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Amazing! It surpasses the standard and fixed versions, is easy to transport and store, and the quality of the device is excellent.

I’ve been encouraging my mom to be more active, and I’m thrilled to say we’ve succeeded! She absolutely loves her pedals and uses them twice a day, every day. They were super easy to assemble and adjust. The compact design means there’s no issue with space, and it’s also easy to carry around. She has gradually increased her resistance levels and is getting stronger. While it may not be the best fit for someone who is already athletic, it’s an ideal starting point for someone who leads a sedentary lifestyle.

I initially purchased a cheap folding bike, and it was a total disappointment. I couldn’t even open a bottle cap after using it, and it didn’t provide the resistance I needed to build strength. So, I returned it and opted for this model instead, and I am thrilled with the difference!
First, assembly was straightforward—though I did need some assistance due to my lack of strength. Just four bolts, two pedals, two batteries, and two foot straps made it easy to put together (I’m using it for tabletop exercises right now, so I’m not using the straps).
I started at resistance level 1, which felt effortless, but once I moved to level 2, I could feel a workout in just a few minutes. I’ve had multiple surgeries on my neck and lower back, which left my muscles weak, so I bought this to help regain strength. My wife tried it at level 8 and found it challenging, so I know it will serve me well as I increase the resistance.
The pedals are fantastic! They have finger shapes on one side and palm shapes on the other, making them comfortable to use—nothing like those painful edges on the cheap folding bike.
The display is functional too; it powers on when you start pedaling. You can keep track of your progress from each workout, or reset it easily by holding the big red button. I prefer to reset mine daily, and it’s been motivating to see if I can beat my previous times and distances.
My wife added some non-slip material to the tabletop, preventing the minibike from sliding around. It’s heavy enough that it doesn’t move easily, but my wife found it manageable to relocate.
One of the best parts? It’s completely silent and doesn’t heat up like the folding bike did.
Now for the downside: it has a strong odor—like a smelly locker room, as if a whole football team had been sweating over it. A quick clean with some cleaner should help. I suspect it’s just a side effect of being mass-produced.
Additionally, the distance to the pedals is greater than on the folding bike, which puts a strain on my neck and rolls my shoulders forward. At 6’2”, I have it at the edge of the table, and I’m concerned about this discomfort in the long run. I might need to invest in arm attachments like those used in physical therapy to make it more comfortable for me. However, if you’re in better shape than I am, this shouldn’t be a concern for you.

Overall, this product is a solid choice for the price. However, I may have received a defective unit. After assembling it, I noticed a grinding noise coming from inside. I disassembled it to investigate and found that it wasn’t related to the motor or inner mechanisms, but rather the large plastic pieces that hold everything together. After about three hours of work (including breaks and some research), I managed to reassemble it without the grinding sound. Unfortunately, I had to leave the screws slightly loose, resulting in a small crack in the middle.

Fairly simple to put together. Sturdy and functions effectively.

Cycling at home while watching a show is super convenient with this product. After just 30 minutes, I can really feel the workout’s intensity and my entire body is warmed up. The display doesn’t reset every time I start cycling, but holding the button takes care of it.

Feels quite cheap and plastic-like when pedaling. The app isn’t specifically tailored for this product. However, it’s easy to assemble and connect to the app.

Update 12/9/2019
I’ve been using my bike for nearly 6 months now, and I wanted to share some updates:
Battery Life for Display:
Display Improvement Suggestion:
The time function shows minutes and seconds, but when it reaches 99:59, it resets to 0. Since I usually track my stats for a week, it would be great if it switched to hours:minutes after reaching 59:59 and continued counting.
Mechanical Update:
After almost 1200 miles, I haven’t noticed that clicking noise in a while—it’s been about 2 months. The bike remains smooth and quiet. However, the plastic strap on the right pedal keeps popping off.
I’ve also changed how I keep my rolling chair from moving. I initially used “bed and furniture stoppers,” but once dust accumulated under the rubber, they lost effectiveness. After several cleanings, I finally used 2 Velcro straps around the front support and the front wheels, which works much better.
Overall, I still LOVE this bike. In the 6 months I’ve had it, I’ve burned 29,000 calories while working, and my leg muscles feel strong.
I really enjoy using my bike at work. While I’m not sure how accurate the measurements are, it claims I burn around 500 calories by biking intermittently throughout the day. I’ve logged 660 miles since I got it on June 1st (almost 3 months).
The display features an upper and lower number. I have no idea what the upper number indicates, but the bottom number cycles through Distance, Calories, Odometer, RPM, and Time. If you purchase the bike in the US, the units are in miles. You can reset the values by holding the button for 3 seconds, and you can cycle through the options to choose one to stay on.
Pros:
Cons:
If your office chair has casters, it may roll away from the bike. I’ve seen some people strap their chair to the bike. I purchased a “Bed and Furniture Stopper” pack, which works decently, though I wish it included 5 instead of 4. They require occasional adjustments. To prevent the bike from moving, I cut a 2×6 to fit perfectly between the bike and the wall, and it stays in place well. Even though the bike is heavy, it needs something to prevent movement over time.
In summary, I love the bike’s mechanics but dislike the display. Since the bike’s functionality is the most important aspect, I only deducted one star for the poor display.
I hope this review is helpful!
