The product description labels these as “Disposable Containers” at 40 cents each, but I consider them more permanent. I wouldn’t mind leaving one at a friend’s house or disposing of it while traveling. They perform well in the microwave and dishwasher, so I trust they’ll work in the freezer too. The recycling symbol indicates they are made of PP (Polypropylene), which is one of the safer plastics.
The lids fit securely, though I left them slightly loose when microwaving. A great feature is that each lid has a rectangular space for a 3.75″ x 1.75″ label, which I appreciate, or you can write on them with a permanent marker.
Dimensions with the lid are 4 5/8″ x 6 3/4″ x 2 1/4″. They seemed small at first glance, but each holds 3 cups of liquid (like gravy, soup, or jello) with a little extra space. The sizing is accurate— a 6″ sub or turkey wrap fits perfectly. For my 7+” diameter wraps, I just tuck the ends in, and it keeps everything together without needing a toothpick. A 12 oz soda can fits inside with some room. Essentially, the size is ideal for one or two servings, whether it’s a sandwich or salad. For larger leftovers or party food, just use multiple containers. They stack nicely and fit better in the fridge than round ones, and empty containers nest together to save space.
I also love the clear design for both food and non-food items; I’ve started using a few for pens, pencils, and paper clips. I’ll definitely reorder once I get through all 50!
*** Follow-up after 30 days: I’m still a fan! While they may not be “permanent,” one has developed a small crack on the lip after about 10 uses, but that could be my fault for stepping on it. They can be a bit lightweight in the dishwasher, leading to one flipping over and filling with water, while the others stay face down. The lids clean easily, and they microwave very well, whether covered or slightly open. I even cooked scrambled eggs in one—just sprayed it with no-stick spray, cooked for a minute, stirred, and it turned out great. It might be more than they were intended for, but it’s worked perfectly for me. Less to clean up!

The packaging is well done, even though it’s somewhat compact. All the plates and lids arrived intact without any damage or cracks. The lids are a bit lightweight and “flexible,” so they need to be handled with care. The plates are more durable but made of plastic that isn’t very thick. One note for the seller: it would be appreciated if more attention was given to cleanliness during packaging, as I found some cat hair inside. They should definitely be washed and sanitized before use, but it’s not the best first impression. They were likely stored in the warehouse without much care. I would have given 5 stars.

These containers are perfect for meal prep and keep food fresh thanks to their airtight lids. They are sturdy, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-friendly, making cleaning and reusing them a breeze. The size is just right for portioning, and the design is simple yet functional. Even after multiple uses and washes, they show no signs of wear. Highly recommended for anyone who is into meal prepping!

The hole might hold 16 oz at best; it’s very thin and small, not as advertised.

This is a deep dish perfect for single servings. It is of good quality and durable.

Overall, these containers are quite good. They are made of lighter-duty plastic than most reusable containers, which caught me off guard, but they still serve their purpose. The lids snap on securely—perhaps a bit too securely, making them somewhat difficult to remove. However, they don’t create an airtight or leak-proof seal. I’ve been using them for dry goods in my pantry, and I’m concerned about possible oxidation and pest issues. While there is some level of sealing, pressing on the lid releases air, and when I let go, air doesn’t rush back in immediately, leading to mixed results. Heavier-duty containers generally offer a better seal.
Another point—though this isn’t a fault of the containers—is that the large surface area of the lid opening has its pros and cons. On the upside, the slim sides of the containers save space, allowing for easy stacking and visibility, which is perfect for my limited pantry area. On the downside, controlling the pour for smaller quantities can be challenging; to get a small amount, I find myself reaching for measuring spoons. I’ve never had to use measuring spoons for pantry items before, as smaller openings allowed for more precise pouring.
Despite these drawbacks, these containers meet my needs well, and I appreciate the ability to stack multiple containers on a shelf. They are also very budget-friendly compared to specialized pantry containers. Additionally, they would be suitable for sending leftovers home with guests, as they are both functional and affordable.
The size is just right for me—17 oz. is slightly more than a pint (2 cups; 1/2 quart). I take them to the store to fill in the bulk aisle, which works great at health food stores. However, many local grocery stores don’t train their staff on how to enter tare weights correctly at the register. Each container with its lid weighs 0.80 oz. (within 0.05 oz.), or 0.05 lbs.

I expected to receive either 10 or 30 boxes. I ordered 10 boxes, but I was sent 10 boxes priced as if they were 30. The boxes are weak and small, not as shown in the pictures. I requested a return.

I’ve had this set for almost two years and I use them for portioning my dog’s homemade meals, as well as for everyday leftovers and on-the-go snacks. These containers have proven to be durable, enduring countless microwaves and dishwasher cycles without warping or chipping. I highly recommend this set for anyone interested in convenient meal prep. My only minor complaint is that the lids could fit a bit more securely.

I often have leftovers and guests, and I absolutely LOVE these containers! I can easily label the outside with contents and the date I stored them. They are affordable, so if something spoils, I don’t mind tossing the whole container. They’re perfect for sharing meals or leftovers with others, especially college kids—I don’t worry about getting them back. The durability is impressive; I’ve used them in both the microwave and the dishwasher without any problems! They stack neatly in my cabinet, and the lids fit well, so I never have a messy cabinet or struggle to find lids. I also take them for lunches; while they aren’t completely spill-proof, they do a solid job for hot or cold meals. I really love these! The lids are easy to put on and take off, which is a definite plus. I’ve owned over 100 of these containers and only had one lid corner break, which happened when it was accidentally stepped on in the car. Other than that, I’ve never had any issues!
