Does not meet the brand’s quality! Honestly, I didn’t like it!

I purchased this portable NutriBullet for quick, healthy meals while working at the hospital, as it fits nicely in my locker. I already have the regular-sized NutriBullet, which has been excellent and durable, so I was eager to try the portable version. I tested it at home first, and I’m glad I did because it didn’t blend fresh fruit as well as I anticipated. I chopped four small strawberries into tiny pieces, but it still left chunks and had difficulty blending even a single ice cube.
On the upside, it performs well with liquids and protein powders. I usually mix almond milk or reduced-fat milk with “Just Ingredients” protein powder and Fit PB powder. Overall, I still consider it a worthwhile purchase. It will be super convenient for making healthy shakes at work and is easy to use in the break room. I also appreciate how much quieter it is than I expected and how simple it is to clean. It’s definitely a valuable addition to my daily routine!

I absolutely adore this compact blender! It’s perfect for making a variety of soups and is incredibly portable. Weighing very little and featuring a convenient travel handle, it’s easy to take anywhere. The battery life is impressive, lasting me several days, and I simply keep it plugged in overnight, so that’s not a concern. Just a heads up, the blade is quite sharp, so be cautious when cleaning. I just whipped up some delicious mushroom soup!

It doesn’t have much power; you need to blend it two to three times for a smooth shake.

It works, but not without some effort. After reading the reviews before buying, I noticed others experienced the same issue I’m having—when starting the blender, it often stops immediately, the light turns red, and the blade won’t spin, almost like it’s stuck on my frozen fruit. This blender lacks power. I followed the instructions and added my ingredients in the recommended order.
That being said, it can produce a smoothie, though it takes longer than expected—around 10 minutes instead of the 5 advertised. I made a strawberry banana smoothie tonight and found that if I shake the blender from side to side while it’s blending, it prevents it from stopping as often. However, if I just leave it on the counter, it struggles to blend the entire mixture.
I might have to try using completely non-frozen ingredients, like raw but chilled fruits, but that likely results in more of a puree, which I’m not a fan of since I prefer using frozen fruit.
I’ve never had this type of issue with a blender before. It’s oddly helping me manage my frustration—kind of like exposure therapy (haha). I’m not angry, just disappointed. I knew the risks from reading reviews, but I still wanted to give it a shot. It could be convenient for traveling, like using it in a hotel, but since it’s glass, I’m hesitant to just toss it in my bag.
Honestly, I’m tempted to give it 2 stars because I believe any portable blender should be more durable than glass. It’s a cute little device that does get the job done, so I’ll settle on 3 stars. Just keep in mind that this blender could easily become frustrating if you expect it to perform like a professional-grade model. If you’re looking for a quick and easy option, this isn’t the one for you.

I had high expectations for this blender. We use our NutriBullet at home for daily smoothies, and I’ve been looking for a reliable portable option for my travels. Previous models I tried were smaller and underwhelming in performance, so I thought this larger, well-known brand would be perfect.
Initially, it seemed impressive right out of the box. The construction felt solid, and it has a sleek design. The instructions were clear and thorough. After giving it a full charge, I decided to test it with a simple banana smoothie recipe:
I made sure to stay below the “Max” line on the cup. When I powered it on, the solid blue light indicated it was ready to go.
However, when I started blending, it ran for about two seconds, chopped up some ingredients, then stopped with the indicator flashing red. I assumed it was just stuck on the banana, which was disappointing, but I thought I could fix it. After shaking it and checking for obstructions around the blade, I tried several more times without success. I emptied it, rinsed out the debris, added water, but it continued to flash red. Even after letting it sit for a couple of hours, the red light persisted.
I took it apart and adjusted the alignment of the mark on the bottom. After carefully aligning it and trying multiple times, it finally showed a blue light and ran. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to test it under load again as I’m heading out of town. I don’t feel confident in this blender, so I’m leaving it behind for this trip. I plan to revisit it once I’m back, and if the issues are resolved, I’ll update my review. For now, I have to rate it as essentially useless.

I loved it! It’s super practical and easy to clean.

It didn’t work; I used it once and now it won’t turn on. I couldn’t return it since I just started using it, but it was disappointing that it didn’t function properly.
Mike B. –
It takes some time for the blending to begin, as the fruits and veggies need to soften a bit first. However, once it starts, it blends perfectly.
Shaun Doyle –
Functioned effectively.
