This is my second watch, and it’s incredibly user-friendly. It fits my needs perfectly. The design is straightforward and the display is easy to read. I used to have an Apple Watch, but it was too complicated for me, so I ended up giving it to my child! With my small wrist, the band is just right. I appreciate its slim design—it’s not bulky at all. The connection is excellent and charging is a breeze. I’m really happy with my Fitbit.

Absolutely love it! It’s straightforward but offers far more than I anticipated. It tracks excellently and provides amazing value for the price. Plus, it holds a charge for days, which is a huge bonus!
Hector –
The device is not very user-friendly, as it took me several days to sync it with my phone.

I bought this Smart Watch because my Apple Watch was stolen, and I needed something functional and budget-friendly. I’m really happy with my choice; I’ve had it for almost a year, and it works perfectly. It’s water-resistant, compact, and I appreciate that it’s not bulky or too flashy (given safety concerns). The battery lasts about a week, though it really depends on usage. The only downside is that the app for iPhone doesn’t sync automatically, which can be a bit tedious. But I understand that’s just how it is with competing brands. I highly recommend it; it’s definitely worth it!

Could you please get in touch with me? My Fitbit is malfunctioning…

I absolutely love this tracker! While other options lean more towards smartwatches, I appreciate its simplicity. I accidentally got it wet once and couldn’t reset it, but a recent update fixed the issue. Just remember to activate the water lock feature before swimming, and it truly holds up as waterproof.
In terms of value, I haven’t found anything better for tracking weight loss and other metrics. My girlfriend and I both have one, and we enjoy competing to achieve the best calorie in to calorie out ratio, which it tracks in real-time. The food logging feature is straightforward and has been a game-changer for us, allowing us to connect our workouts with our eating habits and see tangible results hour by hour.
I highly recommend it for how seamlessly the Fitbit app integrates with the tracker. Other smartwatches don’t offer the same level of metrics for tracking your fitness journey, both in terms of food and exercise. We learned which times, activities, and eating patterns helped us advance or fall behind, and many insights were surprising. Even a small daily walk can lead to significant results!

I was looking for a simple device to track my steps and sleep, and this one is just right. I wear it loosely, and I hardly even feel it on my wrist. I only remove it when I shower, and the app is user-friendly, providing all the information I need. I’m really happy I chose this over an Apple Watch since I don’t need all those extra features.

After exploring several devices, I chose the Inspire 3, and it has exceeded my expectations after four weeks. The health data provided has helped me make significant improvements, particularly with my sleep habits, offering valuable insights into light REM and deep sleep stages. I did notice that the oxygen saturation readings seemed a bit lower than those from a finger reader, and my heart rate readings lagged slightly compared to my Polar device, though it’s generally quite accurate. I encountered a setting issue, but the chat support was very helpful in resolving it. Overall, this device offers great value for the price compared to others on the market. I highly recommend opting for the extra membership, as it includes a variety of meditation exercises and coaching features that I haven’t yet explored. The Peloton content is also intriguing.

The screen activates when the chassis is squeezed, and it sometimes lights up unexpectedly during the night. If you toss and turn, you might unintentionally press the chassis, causing the screen to illuminate quite brightly in a dark room. Unfortunately, there’s no way to disable this feature, but placing it on my ankle resolves the issue. Sleep tracking functions well on the ankle (provided you’re not using clip-on body mode). However, I have concerns that this Fitbit isn’t optimized for ankle use, as my ankles move less than my wrists while I’m in bed.
Using this tracker with a treadmill desk is challenging. To get an accurate step count, I need to wear it on my ankle while selecting “clip-on body” mode in the app, which unfortunately disables heart tracking. It would be great to have a specific “worn on ankle” mode to tackle these problems. The tracker doesn’t register any steps when I’m at the treadmill’s lowest speed setting, which is frustrating since I walk for hours daily at that pace.
While I appreciate the small screen, I wish all the on-screen controls were also accessible in the app. Toggling clip-on body mode is cumbersome on such a tiny display, especially when worn on the ankle. My phone’s larger screen would make this much easier.
Automatic sleep detection is frequently inaccurate regarding when I actually fall asleep. For example, one night it claimed I fell asleep at 7:20 PM and was restless until 11:20 PM, when I actually went to sleep at 11:20 PM. Although there’s a way to manually adjust the start time, my edits often get overwritten, requiring me to redo them. This issue happens regularly. While I can indicate my sleep times in real-time, using that feature results in an error code (0x) and missing sleep stats. The software has various bugs, such as the premium feature “Meet your sleep animal,” which disregards my manual sleep time adjustments, suggesting it takes me an hour to fall asleep, which is inaccurate based on my edits.
Heart rate tracking appears to work well on the ankle. For treadmill desk users, a possible solution is to rely on the Fitbit for heart rate and sleep tracking, while using an iPhone for step tracking, as it’s more precise and user-friendly. Just keep the iPhone in a pocket near your knee (like cargo shorts) for accurate step counting.
There’s no option to manually turn off the device; it only powers down when the battery is completely drained. As far as I know, storing a device without charge for extended periods can damage the battery.
What I appreciated about my Fitbit was the ability to monitor my Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV), giving me insights that I likely don’t have sleep apnea or atrial fibrillation. However, I’m no longer using my Fitbit. I plan to revisit it in a year or so to check those stats again, hoping the battery still functions.

Fitbits tend to malfunction; they can suddenly stop working. However, when they are operational, they fulfill their intended purpose. I’ve been using Fitbit in various forms since 2014.
TangleJones –
I purchased this FitBit to replace my previous tracker, which couldn’t connect with the fitness programs I use. Given its positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was looking for a straightforward tracker without too many extra features.
I really like the color and size of this device. The battery life is impressive, lasting over a week with regular use. I only charged it because there was an update that needed to be installed, and when I connected it, the battery was around 40%. It was fully charged in about an hour—probably even quicker, but I lost track of time.
The app allows you to set personalized goals, such as daily steps, water intake, and weight, offering many customization options. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but tracking my activity has made me more conscious and intentional about increasing my movement throughout the day. I feel a little rush of satisfaction each time I hit a goal.
Overall, I found the price to be quite reasonable as well.

It’s a nice watch. I gifted it to my girlfriend because I like this type of device. The color is just as shown in the picture, the battery life is impressive, and the activity tracking is effective. I just wish it had been a bit cheaper.

I personally really like fitness bracelets as health monitors. Fitbit tracks your exercises as you do them, but I’ve gone through three bracelets that just stop working after about a year and a month of use. It seems like they are designed to fail around the same time, which feels very unethical. I think everyone should be aware of this about the brand.
